Affirmations are powerful tools for personal growth and manifestation. By thinking, visualizing, writing and speaking positively, you can rework older unfulfilling beliefs and transform them to more effective attitudes.

As you work with affirmations, you may notice “contrary” thoughts rising to the surface. This is part of the healing power of Affirmations, for Love will draw out and purify that which is unlike itself. If you find your affirmation work is drawing out “that which is unlike itself:” Breathe! And remember this is an opportunity to move through the old patterns and develop new ones.

The Gratitude Alphabet: A simple form of magic!
Either aloud or in writing, beginning with “A”, (as quickly as you can) think of the first thing that comes to your mind that you are greatful for that starts with that letter and say (or write)
“I am grateful for ______.”
Continue until you have reached “Z” (and how many “zebras” are you greatful for…) Try this exercise whenever you need a boost to your attitude. Share this exercise with your loved ones: speaking aloud alternate letters between as many of you as there are.
